About Simplicity. Simplicity is a young and creative marketing & web design company based on the outskirts of the Cotswolds in Oxfordshire. The concept behind Simplicity is to simplify the marketing strategy for our clients. What are we looking for? We are always looking for creative, talented, passionate and like-minded people to work with Simplicity on a freelance, project-by-project basis. You would need to be based in the local - Oxfordshire area, ideally around Oxford or Banbury.
